The Tourist Information Centre (TIC) provides all the information you could need when visiting the area. Our enthusiastic volunteers live and work on ‘t Gelders Eiland so they know all about the local area and can share insider tips about where to stay, activities, routes for hiking, walking and cycling, and much more. Besides that, the TIC organises around a dozen different hikes and other activities each year, such as Gelderse Poortwandeltocht, 3 Veren Wandeltocht, Snertwandeltocht, Rijn Verhaalt and a car-boot sale in Pannerden.

The TIC also has a shop selling books about the local area, various products made on ‘t Gelders Eiland and some delicious local produce made by small-scale farmers in the ‘t Gelders Eiland and Liemers region. And you can taste the difference! If you are looking for a unique spot for your motorhome, you have come to the right place; the TIC manages 15 pitches on the Europakade quay, offering splendid views of the River Rhine. The motorhome site includes an electricity point with 12 power connections, a waste disposal point and free Wi-Fi.
